► EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

A mandatory condition for exchange and return of goods is that the packaging materials have not been used, the labels, the product appearance are preserved and there are documents confirming the fact of payment (purchase receipt).

In case of exchange and return of goods, the cost of delivery is paid by the client.
